These Terms of Service govern the use of the Medi DT application, a billing solution for healthcare professionals in Switzerland.
The user agrees to use the application in accordance with applicable Swiss laws, particularly regarding medical secrecy and billing according to official tariffs (TARMED, Tardoc, etc.).
Medi DT strives to ensure 99.9% application availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur outside of business hours.
Medi DT provides a software tool. Final responsibility for the billed data and the accuracy of the tariff codes lies solely with the healthcare professional.
