Data Protection (FADP)

1. Introduction

As part of its medical billing activity, Medi DT attaches paramount importance to the protection of the personal and medical data of its users and their patients, in accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Data Collection

We only collect data strictly necessary for the establishment of TARMED/Tardoc invoices and the proper functioning of the application.

3. Hosting and Security

All our data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland on highly secure servers (ISO 27001 and HDS certified). Communications are end-to-end encrypted.

4. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. For any request, contact us at privacy@medi-dt.ch.
